Wide Field Fluorescence Microscope, Zeiss Axio Imager M2m

Wide Field Fluorescence Microscope, Zeiss Axio Imager M2m

DESCRIPTION

Wide field fluorescence imaging of a sample illuminated and imaged in reflection mode.

Reflection mode is with X-Cite Xylis II Broad spectrum LED source (XT730S) ranging 360 - 770 nm.

Transmission mode is with Halogen lamp source.

2 Raman filter sets include o 532 - Filter set for fluorescence (from Thorlabs)

FBH520-40 Bandpass filter centered at 520 nm with 40 nm bandwidth

DMLP550R Dichroic mirror at 550 nm

FELH0550 Longpass filter at 550 nm o 365 - Filter set for fluorescence (from AHF)

F49-360 360/40 ET Bandpass 1 pc.

F79-100 Beamsplitter T 400 LP 1 pc.

F76-405 405 LP Edge Basic Longpass Filter

3 axes motorized stage (xyz)

achromatic objectives 10x, 20x, 50x, and 100x

brightfield, darkfield, polarization and phase contrast

Normal white light imaging can be done with Axiocam ICc 3. For low light fluorescence imaging, Hamamatsu ORCA-Flash 4.0 CMOS Camera is available.

Both cameras and the microscope can be software controlled from Zen Blue Zeiss imaging software. The Hamamatsu camera can also be controlled by Hamamatsu software HCI image or Hokawo 3.00.
