PicoQuant Time-Resolved Fluorescence Microscope MicroTime 200
DESCRIPTION
Customizable microscopic platform for time-resolved microscopy Microscope is integrated into an Olympus IX73 inverted microscope and has an objective scanning feature.
Fluorescence lifetime imaging (FLIM), Fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), Time-resolved photoluminescence, Antibunching measurements are available.
Multicolor picosecond laser excitations at 375 nm, 470 nm, 531 nm, and 640 nm. Other laser sources can be integrated on demand.
Spatial resolution is ~ 300 nm depending on the scan setting and the imaging objective.
Time response is ~ 200 - 400 ps depending on wavelengths (Hydraharp 400 time-tagger and MPD SPADs with 1 ps and 35 ps timing resolutions, respectively).
Spectral measurements are available with Andor Kymera 328i-D2 spectrometer with Newton EMCCD and gratings with 150 l/mm @700 nm, 300 l/mm @700nm, and 1200 l/mm @900 nm.
